MVP Legal Group has successfully defended the interests of the international group of information technology, software asset management, IT infrastructure solutions and business management in the corporate dispute regarding termination of the contract of sale of corporate rights and recognition of the right of ownership to corporate rights. As a result of the proceedings, the court of appeal was supported by a first instance decision to terminate the contract of sale of corporate rights, but also recognized the disputed ownership of the Client to 100% of corporate rights in the share capital in Ukrainian limited liability company.
