According to information from the Ministry of Justice up to July 1, 2013 local state administrations shall ensure the transfer of registration cases of legal entities and individual entrepreneurs from the executive committees of local councils to regional bodies of the State Registration Service of Ukraine (the Service). The corresponding decree of the Cabinet of Ministers, which was developed by the Ministry of Justice, has been adopted on May 15 at a Government meeting.

The Minister of Justice reminded that in accordance with legislative changes functions of the state registration of legal entities and individual entrepreneurs were given to the Service.

In this regard, the Government has given an order to place the relevant departments of the Service in the premises, where the state registrars of local state administrations were situated.

Adoption the draft of the order should ensure the smooth functioning of the system of state registration of legal entities and individual entrepreneurs during the procedure of transferring these functions.
