By an Order dated 24.04.2013, No. 55 the State Labor Inspection (the State Inspection) approved the "Order of granting consent for unscheduled events upon the appeals of individuals and legal entities subject to violation legislation requirements by commercial entities" (the Order).

Relevant letters of Territorial State Labor Inspections (the Territorial Inspections) shall be analyzed by experts of the legal department of the State Inspection to ensure their compliance with the current laws and the Order, after that within three business days an approval letter of the State Inspection is being prepared.

In accordance with paragraph 1 of Art. 38 of the Code on Administrative Offences the consent is valid during 60 calendar days since the receipt by a Territorial Inspection of the email approving unscheduled inspection.

Additional State Inspection consent is not necessary in case of providing unscheduled events on the following grounds:

- The prosecutor's demand (in accordance with Art. 8 of the Law "On Prosecutor's Office");

- Disposal of the head of the local public administration, adopted within its jurisdiction (according to Art. 6 of the Law "On Local State Administrations").
