On March 25, 2013 The Ministry of Justice has issued an Order № 535/5 "On amendments to the Regulation on the conditions and procedures of holding tenders on appointment of specialized organizations selling distrained by state enforcement officers property" (hereinafter - the Order).

The Order amends the relevant Regulation concerning the term of the distrained property selling by the specialized organizations.

The current regulations prescribe that specialized organizations, which have won the above tender may sell the distrained by state enforcement officers property during the calendar year. According to the amendments, approved by the Order, the selling of distrained property shall be performed until the further appointment of specialized organizations.  

The Order was registered in the Ministry of Justice on March 28, 2013 under the number 504/23036 and shall come into force since the date of its official publication.
