According to the Law of Ukraine "On Standardization" to ensure the implementation of the national qualifier of Ukraine DK 009:2010 "Classification of Types of Economic Activity" on February 7, 2012 the Ministry of Economic Development issued an order № 113 on the renewal of the national qualifier of Ukraine DK 009:2005 "Classification of Types of Economic Activity" (hereinafter - the Order).

The Order of re-established validity of CTEA-2005 for the period till December 31, 2013.

This will allow entities, which did not manage to change the types of economic activity in accordance with the new CTEA till now, to pass this procedure without State sanctions till the end of 2013.
