State Agency of Land Resources of Ukraine (hereinafter - the Agency) reminded that the Law of Ukraine "On State Land Cadaster" (hereinafter - the Law) which sets the basis of the activity in the State Land Cadaster, came into force on  01/01/2013.

The Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine by its Decree dated 10/17/2012 № 1051 approved the order of administration of the State Land Cadaster.

   The Agency points that according to paragraph 2 part VIII of the Law, ground areas, right of ownership on which arose prior to 2004 are considered as formed independently of assigning a cadastral number.

If the information about these plots is not included in the National land Register, their state registration shall be made on the basis of technical documentation related to the establishment of land border in nature (on the ground) upon a request of its owners.
