On 02/08/13 a Decree of the Fund of social insurance on industrial accidents and occupational diseases (hereinafter - the Fund) dated 25.12.2012 № 44 shall enter into force. This act approved the Procedure for consolidation of types of commercial activities into insurance industry to determine the risk class of professional production (hereinafter - the Procedure).

The Procedure defines the mechanism of accumulation and analysis of data upon the types of commercial activity in order to unite them in the insurance industry to determine the class of professional risk production.

Information on the number of insurance claims, expenditures of the Fund related to the provision of insurance, shall be accumulated, stored, analyzed and taken into account in view of the types of commercial activities, using automated information processing.

Using existing information, in accordance with the Procedure, the insurance event probability estimation shall be made and the amount of damages shall be determined.

Basing on such data the Fund shall develop proposals to change the risk classes of professional production and insurance fees under the risk class of professional production and shall submit them to the Board of the Fund.
