The Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine by its resolution N 1007-р dated the 5^th December 2012 has adopted the action plan of “Tax payer electronic office” service Conception implementation (Conception).

The Conception was adopted due to the State Tax Services (STS) work model change from fiscal to service and is aimed on providing tax payers the ability of on-line cooperation with STS using electronic signature.

The Conception implementation composes of two periods.

1st period (year 2013) among the other foresees:

relevant informational company, implementation of possibility to file declaration on-line, granting the tax payer an access to a personal account, in particular to the tax debt information.

2nd period (year 2014) among the other foresees:

- implementation of fines calculation, drafting and filling payment documents, possibility to make budget payments using banking payment systems;

- granting the tax payer an access to his personal tax calendar, tax report information, tax privileges data,  STS documents, notices on mistakes in tax reports for correction without fining, etc.;

- implementation of official correspondence with STS.

During the Conception realization its results shall be generalized and legislation update shall be provided if necessary.

In theory the Conception shall make cooperation between business and STS much easier.
